The first 1000 days of life lay the foundation for your child’s lifelong relationship with food, their body and their sense of autonomy.
 
Introducing solids is so much more than “starting food”. It’s the beginning of trust... trusting your baby’s cues, their innate abilities and their capacity to actively participate in their own care. When this transition is approached with calm guidance, thoughtful observation and practical knowledge, mealtimes can become moments of connection rather than stress.
 
And yet, this stage often brings many questions and worries.
Is my baby ready?
What about choking?
How much should they eat?
What about iron? Allergens?
What if they gag? What if they don’t eat much?
 
This live 3-hour online workshop is designed to support you through all of it, with clarity, confidence and respect for your child’s development.
 
During our time together, we will explore:
• Signs of true readiness for solids
• How to support safe, self-led eating
• Hunger, regulation and responsive feeding
• Common fears and how to navigate them calmly
• Practical, realistic meal planners
• Simple, nourishing recipes for the whole family
• Creating peaceful, connected mealtimes from the very beginning
